Model Maids Terms and Conditions for Employment
1. Scope of Work:
Employees of Model Maids are hired to provide cleaning services while wearing lingerie. This includes but is not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning tasks.
2. Independent Contractors:
All employees of Model Maids are considered independent contractors and not employees. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and liability.
3. Safety:
Employees of Model Maids understand and agree that they are responsible for their own safety while performing cleaning services. Model Maids will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the course of work.
4. Payment:
Payment for services rendered will be made to the employee after the completion of the cleaning job. Payment will be based on the agreed-upon rate for services provided.
5. Confidentiality:
Employees of Model Maids agree to maintain the confidentiality of clients and any sensitive information obtained during the course of their work.
6. Professionalism:
Employees of Model Maids are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while representing the company.
7. Cancellation Policy:
In the event that an employee needs to cancel a cleaning appointment, they must provide sufficient notice to both Model Maids and the client.
8. Termination:
Model Maids reserves the right to terminate the employment of any individual who violates company policies or fails to meet performance standards.
9. Client Interaction:
Employees of Model Maids are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and refrain from engaging in any inappropriate behavior with clients.
10. Legal Compliance:
Employees of Model Maids agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to their employment, including but not limited to labor and tax laws.
